I'm 5' and had a normal weight all my life till I had children. It took me 6 mos. to lose after the first, then I had 3 more in 2 yrs. (five years between the fist and the three, last are twins). I've been battling my weight on and off since, and my kids are now 18. Still haven't lost the weight. Of course there's other supplements that go along with it but I think this is the key.
