Squeaky has it, in my opinion
...Without reading all the posts, and without knowing much at all...
I feel the book Squeaky suggests may, at least, be pointing in the right direction.
The other day, I saw a commercial on TV for a three-part skin treatment for wrinkles, skin plumping, etc.
...The point being that it said results would be seen within ten minutes.
Ten minutes??!!!
That HAS to be hormones, says I.
Which is a great big NO-NO in all the years I have been watching advertising.
Only DOCTORS may prescribe, suggest, or peddle hormones...right?
Television drummers? ('Drummers' is an old-fashioned term for a salesman...particularly traveling salemen.)
So, Squeaky, I like your author already...and I'll look for the book...Good Calories, Bad Calories". By Gary Weintraub?
Maybe he'll point the way to which herbs and vegetables.
The body makes our hormones, as I understand it, out of the good foods we eat...the good waters we drink, and from our good thoughts and practices.
Many thanks.
