Apparently your IQ is too low to understand the analogy. Let me help you out. I mentioned the dilation, which of course a steel pipe is not going to do. The point was that even if you dilate the bile ducts to their maxiumum expansion the ducts would STILL BE TOO SMALL to allow the passage of most stones. Especially the ones he showed. So the analogy is that the stones would be like trying to pass a bowling ball (representing the stones) through a 4 inch pipe, which represents the bile ducts at their maximum expansion. In other words there is NO WAY those "stones", which are actually a sterol-cholesterol complex came from the gallbladder.
