By the way his recommendation of magnesium alone was only half the story, because if you follow havacows advice you will soon create an imbalance in your body by isolating one element without keeping the ratios in balance with other elements! I THINK OUR BODIES ARE SMART ENOUGH TO BALANCE THEMSELVES, MY BEST FRIENDS DAD WAS A HEAVY DRINKER, EAT NOTHING BUT MEAT AND POTATOES ALL HIS LIFE, AND HE SMOKED, HE DIED AT THE AGE OF 89 LAST YEAR. SO, HOW DO YOU EXPLAIN THAT? I KNOW YOUR GOING TO SAY I'TS THE EXCEPTION TO THE RULE, BUT I SEE IT ALL THE TIME.
