Re: The Candida is Killed by Alkalinity Myth
Here is what HV recommended:
****There are various reasons for high blood pressure. Calcium, epinephrine (adrenaline), angiotensin, insulin, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, and sodium (only affects about 10% of hypertensive patients) are a few examples of things that raise blood pressure. What will work best will depend on what is causing your high blood pressure. Some of the strongest and most effective herbs are coleus forskohlii (works similar to cardiac glycosides), ashwagandha (beta blocker and ACE inhibitor, also relaxes the body by stimulating GABA receptors) and jiaogulan (blood vessel relaxing sterols).
In your case though, I recommend either magnesium malate or kudzu. The reason is because you mentioned the headaches around the side and back of the head, and the dizziness. Both of these can occur from the muscles in the neck area being too tight. This can lead to the headaches. This can also pull the vertebrae in the neck out of alignment, which can lead to the dizziness from constriction of the arteries in the neck. Muscle tension like this can result from calcium causing the muscle contractions. Magnesium relaxes the muscles by displacing the calcium. This also works in the same manner on the blood vessels, which lowers blood pressure. Basically magnesium works in a similar manner to calcium channel blockers, the most commonly prescribed antihypertensives. Kudzu root also relaxes the muscles, especially in the neck area and blood vessels.********
I tried his advice and like I said before my blood pressure has decreased dramastically! I don't even know who he is, I have never met him or does he know me. I was just so tired of my regular physician who was doing absoulutely nothing that I decided to improve my own health. Also, one quick comment, I used to goto this healing center where I live and the owner for years was promoting a alkaline diet/lifestyle to all her customers. Guess what? she just found out that she has a rare form of cancer and is being treated at the U.C.L.A medical center. She has opted not for ozone, herbs, diet, or natural methods but rather the conventional treatment (chemo). How ironic is that? I was shocked when I heard the news, I really couldn't believe it, here she was all these years advising customers on what to do and what to eat, and how to live a long healthy life. Nonetheless, I wished her best and GOD willing she will overcome her illness.
