Hi. Several years ago I took flax seed oil for a couple of months and began having the worst bout of anxiety that I ever had in my life. I was having panic attacks daily. It took about a month for the anxiety to gradually subside after taking the flax seed. I later read that flax seed can cause mania in people with undiagnosed low level bipolar disease. I often wondered if fish oil would do the same. Now I know. I avoid all supplements. You don't know what any of them are doing to you really. Thanks for the info.
