Interesting what you say about the omega 3, its all about balance in our diets..and in fact with the research that I have been doing lateley I would keep all seed and nut oils to an abosolute minimum and have mostly virgin organic coconut oil in my diet..
really do the research on the net you might be amazed how healthful it is in so many ways..it was bad mouthed by the companies after the 1950's who wanted to promote margarine and make big bucks!
You can get essential fatty acids also by taking KRILL OIL..in small amounts..but have the main fat as coconut oil..
its really healthy Bruce Fife has written several books on the subject.
