I started taking fish oil a couple days ago and have been experiencing insomnia. I've been sleeping well since I started taking cell salts, but this fish oil seems to have messed up my sleep pattern now. I take a multi vitamin in the morning and two fish oil caps in th am and pm. I will stop taking it in th pm and see if anything improves. I do notice more brain function, but I don't notice feeling much happier, my body also seems to feel pretty soar right now. I've noticed that when I take fish oil my brain can't calm down enough to sleep. Also I get hot sweats and can't go back to sleep after a certain point in the am because I'm too hot. I've also had adrenal/cortisol issues and have had to take suppliments for that. I don't really feel like I'm less depressed, more actually because the sleep problem makes me very irritable. Also I noticed a sort of crawling sensation on my skin when I take it, I must be taking too much I think.
