I didn't realize the situation was so developed. He's definitely narcissistic (control freak, DANGEROUS), and there is almost NO chance that there could be any improvement in his behavior. In that case, divorce would be the right thing for you and the children (God wants you to do what's right). Your husband is guilty of betraying the family with his abuse and he has forsaken his parental responsibility (infidelity to family).

Get some good consultation/information about vaccinations when travelling to the U.S. (vaccinations can be dangerous also). Check the vaccination forum here.
