Is the concept of ketosis (what I consider to be "completely in fasting mode") the only form of proper weight loss according to Natural Hygiene? I am not asking this in disagreement, I am just trying to understand the concepts properly.
In other words, all kinds of people go on diets for a certain amount of time, which I guess if I am understanding this correctly, could be considered temporary starvation since a person is burning X amount of calories, yet they are taking in far less than X, (which causes the weight loss) for the period of time they are losing the weight. Am I understanding this correctly, that any time a person goes on a diet, (rather than fasting in ketosis mode) they are in fact starving themselves for a set period of time while the weight is being lost? Or am I misunderstanding it?
