Chris, you mentioned the term "starvation diet" in your posts recently. What does that mean? Many people exist on nothing but fast food, cigarettes, etc. I know not one fast food diet person to die of starvation. They take in thousands of calories daily, of probably close to zero nutrition. Compare to someone eating only a few hundred calories daily of just several ounces of raw carrots or whatever. If I am understanding starvation diet correctly, the person taking in high amounts of nutrition, but very few calories, can die from it. Whereas the person of a fast food diet of little nutrition but high calories, will live. This does not make sense. If you could explain, I would appreciate.
