But, if someone had low calorific intake ( which is supposed to be healthy according to studies) but was eating very healthily, to loose a bit of weight, or IF, eating healthily inbetween, that would not be considered starvation diet?? People are starving themselves in the nutritional sense eating fast foods, but if someone just wanted to loose a few pounds but didn't want to actually fast, then a reduced calorie intake is not necessarily going to be unhealthy is it? Eating lots of fruit and veg and salads is going to cut calorie intake for sure.
