Re: Another Sad Post - Today i lost my business

Hey, I knew how it feels. I lost my health at 26, it was sudden and drastic. But then I got most of it back taking Nilstat. Life has thrown lots of curves at me though, and dieting and health recently has not been easy. However, I am now getting 100% better, as good as when I was 20.

I won't waste your time feeling sorry for yourself, you still have lots of time and it could (and maybe still might be unless you do something) much worse. It really depends on what you want to do with your life. People (that my mother knows) have the same condition as me, but they aren't working and are in bed all day, meanwhile I'm doing a marathon this summer. Why? It's because I choose to live and I choose to get better, and I'm open-minded enough to take all this information in and give it a chance, and do things others are too afraid to try.

Anyway, enough of that, you have lots of time to get better, don't waste it.

Check out the following website. I think this guy is great. We don't have Eczema, but all of his advice and protocols also apply to us. I think if you follow them, especially the fruit diet one, I think you will start to see massive changes.

For depression, nothing like some mild exercise and fresh air helps. Trouble is, you probably feel you don't have the energy. Walk around the neighborhood for 30 minutes a day anyway. Also, I find that sun beds are helpful if you aren't getting enough sun.

For the short term I recommend a drug like Nilstat (Nystatin) to give you some hope. It's not a long term fix, just something to give you enough energy to help yourself. I'd also improve your diet: remove all alcohol, junk food, sweets, limit breads and pastas, no pop or carbonated drinks. The fruit diet would be the best imo.

Good luck, keep us posted. Ahead of you is a long journey of self discovery and information, but your cure is out there.
