Re: Water Fast And Physical Work, Please Help!
Hello montrealhomegrown,
Exfoliative Cheilitis is supposed to be caused by Inflammation. According to Natural Hygiene any inflammation (or itis) is caused by toxemia and the irrtitation from toxemia which produces inflammation. Your answer then is quite simple: remove your toxemia by water fasting, and this condition will disappear.
I think you are right though, toxemia is caused by an inability of the body to eliminate metabolic poisons faster than the intake of food, so a weakened digestive and/or immune system will have been major contributing factors.
The extremely slow healing you refer to on your legs with resultant scabs is a result of your body being preoccupied with elimination and therefore healing will take second place.
Poor circulation from toxemia can produce many health problems. I would have your ankles checked out by a Doctor who specializes in that area.
Dizzy spells can be caused by poor blood flow to the Brain, so again fasting will help in this area too by freeing the blockages.
Energy fluctuations can be caused by what you eat and/or any supplements you may be taking. Fasting should help you to stabilize this problem.
Any pressure or ache or pain within the chest would be most likely caused by Heart problems.
Asthma can be definitely be cured with fasting.
With a list this long I would suggest that you seek the advice of an experienced fasting supervisor, who will best be able to advise you. Where do you live? I could recommend someone to you.
And the complete idiot that told you there are no health benefits to be had from fasting, and it will cause severe stomach problems, is of course a complete ignoramus. Judgement without investigation is of course sheer lunacy.
Bile can be excreted by either vomiting or diarrhea: the former is the most common way, but the body will not always do this; it depends on the need for detoxification that your body recognises that it needs. It is not just bile though that is eliminated; there are other effluent materials within it that are expelled with the bile as well, such as a weakened stomach acid and so on.
I vomited bile at about the 21st day stage of my first fast, which (fortunately) only lasted a day or two, but I also had a saliva spitting crisis which lasted for many days at this time, and that was the hardest thing to bear.
