Hello montrealhomegrown
Diabetes is normally a contraindication for fasting, unless supervised by an experienced & qualified fasting practitioner.
Dr Shelton has this to say on the subject..........
"There is an equal need for experienced supervision of the diabetic who fasts. The diabetic may safely and profitably fast, particularly if they carry considerable weight. If insulin has been taken over an extended period of time, fasting is rarely recommended."
