Re: Water Fast And Physical Work, Please Help!
Hey all,
Yesterday went by very well and to be honest Im suprised it was that easy.. I only had slight urges to eat food though they went on throughout the day non-stop. One part that was hard was some guy I work with said "come eat now, I just made a barbeque there are plenty of burgers". I kinda wanted to punch that guy out for tempting me >< lol. Then again I suppose its my fault because Im not informing anyone of my fast unless its necessary.
The worst part so far was when I woke up today (day 2) I was thinking about some breakfast right away and my stomach was growling. Its nothing thats going to break my fast tho, Im sure I can deal with the urges to eat food.
You guys were saying that urges to eat stop after day 2-3 right?
Hey Chris I read that article you linked me to and it was very informative, some parts were slighty confusing because they kept explaining everyones opinion on the subject.
One of the topics I was looking for some insight on was elimination of the toxins you accumilate while fasting. In the article some people said "eliminate them or you'll die through re-absorbtion" others said "don't do anything your body will eliminate them eventually". What is your opinion on this? For me an enima is out of the question, I was wondering about herbal laxitive teas.. or even just doing nothing.
Another topic I need some info on is how much water to drink, Im used to drinking over a gallon a day but the article said only drink when you feel thirsty. I drank about 1/10th of what I usually drink yesterday.
I couple other questions I wanted to throw out there:
-How long do you guys recommend I go for? I want to cure as many health problems as possible.
-Is it normal that I ALWAYS have a hungry feeling in my stomach? I mean all day long yesterday and all day so far today.
