Chris, i used a cabbage in my juice the other week, and it ruined it. It seemed to burn my throat, very acidic, ended up throwing it away.
I was always told not to have raw cruciferous (sp) veg, as bad for thyroid, although had raw broccoli last week, which at least tasted good with carrots.
I have read though about it being the perfect veg. I would rather have it steamed abit.
