I just have a quick question. I work at a warehouse and everyday at work I have to lift and move over 100 mattresses ranging from singles to king size. I can't really take any time off work but I have chosen to start my fast when I have about 7/15 days off.
Is it dangerous to push your body physically while doing a water only fast?
I will be trying to take it as easy as possible but I will still need to lift very heavy items. Some mattresses must weight over 130 pounds to give you an idea.
Im a mentally strong person so not eating shouldnt be a huge deal its mainly the strenuous physical work that has me concered. Is there a risk of serious injury or me fainting?!
Please guys I need some advice quick Im planning on starting my fast tomorrow!
Also any tips would be much appreciated as this is my first water only fast.
