I am 2 x's day with sesame 3-4 min. since last friday ( almost 1 week)
notice tmj clicking gone and sorness mild, also notice sinus drainage and ear crackling and draining. Eczema got worse now is fading and crossing fingers on this one!! Also have a severe pain in my wrist for about 4 months I attribute to lugging baby, it is doing strange things feels like it might be healing? I am doing glyconutrients also tho and parasite cleansing , zappimg, LF'ing
