I do up to 15 minutes, Sunflower (expeller pressed) in the AM, before eating or drinking, after brushing.

Then brush with hydrogen peroxide and baking soda. After that I have my morning sole (crystal salt liquid) for minerals in a big glass of water.

Initially, my tongue turned black (I believe liver toxins) and has gone back to pink, and today is black again, but not as much.

I feel gurglings in the liver and GB area since starting this.
I too had a big change in BM timing, like omrta not going till the evening if that.

In my case I believe this is due to some effect it is having on digestion in that it may be releasing toxins in the liver/gb...therefore I got constipated.

I have started some Oxypowder for the 7 day cleanse to see what I find after that.
It is bile colored stool I am seeing, but I have to watch and wait.

Mt teeth are getting the opaque/pearly and whiter look people talk about, my gums clearly look more healthy, tho I did not begin with a gum problem perse.

I definitely feel a clearing of toxins as far as morning 'brain fog' when I do this. I crave it for that reason, it seems..
and this AM a headache went away during the pull (I don't normally get headaches, but had one this morning)

I am going to give this a good long go based on what I have felt so far. I'm thinking about doing two pulls, so far it has just been first thing in the AM.

I also do Trapper's reccomendation of creating a vaccuum under the toungue when pulling at times.

The oil the first few days turned watery and white quickly. Recently, it has been getting thicker instead of thinner, and foamy. I'm sure this will vary. (?)
