Re: Inability to Tolerate Iodine
"I can't tolerate iodine-even tiny amounts breaks my skin out very badly."
I suspect this may be your problem. Idoine is an essential nutrient, needed by every cell of the body. If the
Iodine receptor sites are plugged up with bromine and flouride, the cells are sick, weakly, and vulnerable to parasitic attack. When
parasites see sickly cells, they think they have a job to do: decompose them.
The reason
Iodine causes the skin to break out is because receptor sites are plugged up with bromine, start detoxing when you take it. That's what you want to happen. The cells have to let go of the bromine, and hook up to
Iodine instead, in order to start functioning properly, and for your immune system to kick in and protect you from the parasites. When bromine is liberated, it causes skin problems. Once your body gets rid of all the bromine, your skin will clear up. Your body cannot let go of the bromine, unless you give it some Iodine.
Do you drink lots of soda pop? Have you ever? How about Mountain Dew? Do you drink municipal tap water? Have you ever? If so, you are probably suffering from bromide and flouride poisoning, and you have an iodine deficiency.
Look up the symptoms of Iodine deficiency. Do you have them?
Please visit the Iodine support Forum and talk to the VWT team about this. They can help you. You won't be able to get rid of the parasites, until your body has all the nutritional elements it needs to function properly.
Iodine is a keystone mineral. Without sufficient Iodine, you are paddling upstream. The effort required to simply keep them in check will be tremendous and expensive.
Put one drop of Iodine in a
quart of water and drink a cup a day for a week to get started. Then increase to two cups per day. Then four. Then put two drops. You will notice a big difference in your health when you take take four drops in water twice daily. But you may need a higher dose than that to get rid of the parasites. Does Iodized salt make you break out? Are you "allergic" to seafood?
