seeing dead parasites is not the only consideration
and especially if you're getting worse. there can be a number of reasons for this, but bottom line is, if you are getting worse, clearly the numbers you are killing are not making much of a difference to your condition.
I consider a cleanse as working when either you are feeling better, and/or various
parasite related symptoms are better or resolved. often there still is much of the population to take down, but it is working in the sense that it is making a positive impact on your health.
full body crawling, severe constipation, severe bloating, in my experience, are signs to alter approach. whatever is being killed may be nothing as compared to what is still alive and annoyed. if the adverse symptoms are transient, and one feels better or at least the same as before, then it's okay...but if you're condition is worsening, which can happen even while passing worms...then a different approach is needed.
the bowel needs to be functioning well in all of this, it's a battle because they will shut you down, but this is the first step. and when there are die off symptoms, we want it to be something dieing, not scattering.
