as hard as it is to feel any hopefullness that this will get better, it will...I've been there and back, so just know you're going to be alright. it likely will take some time though, it won't be a quick fix, but not much is anyhow.

the parasite protocols you're doing now are not having the desired effect, they are annoyed, crawling, and you're feeling them everywhere. I have had this and it's wicked. given how you are feeling, it does not seem like they are dying much. some infections are very tenacious, not to mention if the burden is high, it is not the simpliest thing to eliminate.

the first thing to do reestablish bowel function, if you try to hit them harder now, in my opinion, they'll just hit back. you need to get stronger and make the environment less hospitable so they leave.

they are shutting you down inspite of all you're efforts. this happens to me constantly. when it gets like that, I focus more on getting the bowel working again, and less on trying to kill them. I may take some light herbs or anti parasite foods that I know don't make them go crazy for me and may help kill off a few, but mostly I turn to rebuilding in diet, hydration, and bowel herbs. when things have calmed down, they I hit them harder.

keep working on your health and these reactions to parasite cleansing will settle out. could be you'll need to focus on these areas first before going after them intensely. but you'll be okay, hang in there, this terrible time will pass. Tweet
