there was a time I was out of my mind in sickness and fear, and the thought of what I knew was in me, freaked me right out. with time, as the populations come down, a lot of the freaking terrified feelings will go away. some of the hopelessness/fear probably is coming directly from them. after so long, now I actually can feel what is from them, and what's from me. a lot is from them, nasty things.

for bowel cleansing, I like dr christopher's lower bowel balance or dr schulze intestinal formula. and then I'll take some flaxseed/slippery elm/psyllium as well. years ago I tried triphala and I liked that one too. some people like the oxygen based cleansers, but I got better results with herbs. here's the formulas if you want to make them yourself.

some say herbs like cascara won't cause dependency others say it will. my belief is it won't cause dependency when used with a clean diet (or close to it anyhow). in my experience, I've needed less of the bowel formulas over time, not more, although I still need them. but if there weren't parasites, I'm sure I wouldn't, they are my root problem.
