Re: which recovery program?
Hi Janey,
Yes it must be doubly hard to be a mum when you're dealing with these health issues! Are you getting much support?
Don't be hard on yourself and feel that you've messed things up, you're just trying to do the best you can and dealing with mercury is very difficult for anyone and esp so as it messes up your thinking and judgement. Also Andy's book is a bit like information overload and can make you more anxious. Hmmmm from what you say it doesn't sound like the Huggins Centre have been very helpful either.
For the rapid heartbeat, nervousness and twitching, it really sounds like you're not absorbing the magnesium....have you tried
Epsom Salt baths? They're a great way to get magnesium into the body and help you relax before bed.
Also you may be potassium deficient. Do you have a juicer....that's a good way to get plenty of minerals into your body. Often, supplements just don't do the job!
Taking glandulars for the adrenals and thyroid will support those glands and will help a lot if/when you do decide to chelate.
Yes post your hair results....that will give clues as to how you should approach things.
Take care :)
Anne
