Re: which recovery program?
I do muscle testing by putting the supplement in a pocket in my shirt and then I make an "O" with the index and thumb of my right hand. I then put my right index finger in the "O" in my left hand and "hook" it. Then I pull. If I can keep the 2 fingers together against the pressure of my right finger pulling, I consider it a yes. If my fingers go weak and I can't hold the right finger, I consider it a no. I usually test a few times to make sure.
There are several other ways to do it. Its all a variation on kinesiology. Its not perfect, so I kindof monitor how I feel after I've been taking the supplement a few days.
I supplement with food when ever possible, but I still take a good deal of things. Regularly I take:
B vitamins
Fish Oil
Enzymes
Molybdenum
Olive Leaf Extract
Grape Fruit Seed Extract
Immune Transfer Factor
As far as getting the Mercury out naturally, I'm afraid it doesn't work for all the mercury, at least not for me. I tried this for a while and I cleaned out some with Cilantro and NAC, but I had to start Chelation with Alpha Lipoic Acid to get the "Brain" stores. I think once the mercury is "locked" into the cells ( especially in the CNS and Brain ), you have to pull it out. As far as detoxing, I've found that its best to wait at least a week between sessions, sometimes 2. I never go more than 3-4 days, or I start getting a really "wacky" feeling.
God ( and if you don't believe in God, evolution ) didn't shape us to have metal in our mouths. With civilization, we are exposed to so many toxins and metals, I don't see any way you can avoid getting poisoned sooner or later.
Its funny, I walk around now watching people in there everyday behaviors. And I wonder sometimes when I see cases of people getting mad for no good reason at the store clerk and their faces flush red. Or I deal with people at work that are extremely cynical or meanspirited, or gossip all the time about other employees.
And I think to myself, I wonder if its mercury fillings? I used to flush all the time and get mad. Now I almost never flush. I used to complain about people all the time, now I try to say something positive. All after getting most of this crap out of my body.
Food for thought.
