Our words can be tricky too and so many have a double
edge. For example, healing can be prayed for, asked for,
and we can open ourselves to it, and yet a lesson like
this one, in spiritual fortitude and certainty which
demands that we release all fear can also fall within
the parameters of what we have asked for. We need to
really think something over and over and then with
mindfulness, say aloud what we want.

Right now, it could easily be your fear which is
attracting this energy. Shift vibration by using
spiritual uplifting music, essential oils and also
cleansing baths and incense can be beneficial.

on resonance. Gems are powerful ways since they act
on a physical reality and since the gems are oscillating
or vibrating at a frequency where these entities are
discomforted, they will not be able to interfere with
you. You would most likely want them in contact with
your skin so if you can get a couple of pieces or even
one of some of the gems listed above, it works to just
slip them in your bra cup if you wear one, or hung
around your neck but worn next to your skin. This is
also one of the reasons royalty wore gems and priests
wore breastplates inlaid with gems.
