  Hi everyone
  
  I have just completed my 9th flush which i did after a while (I stopped flushing since September 2018).
  
  Nothing came out except for sludge and very few small green stones.
  
  Every flush since now has been fine for me, its just now I have this pain in the centre just between my lungs which only happens when I swallow something. I never had this problem before and sometimes it feels very uncomfortable, almost as if it burns as im digesting something. I have had serious diaorreah since the flush, Im guessing there are many toxins that are coming out?
  
  I have done coffee enemas almost every day since the flush, and I still have not got rid of this pain
  
  The only solution Im thinking is maybe getting a colonic to get rid of something that may have not been removed via the coffee enemas?
  
  Im hoping this will just go away on its own naturally.
  
  I have been on a vegan/raw vegan diet for quite some time now and maybe there are no stones left?
  I still have skin issues but not as severe, but they still persist which made me want to start up the flushing again.
  
  Im just confused about this. I was even thinking another flush may be required due to blocked stones maybe causing the issue, but i dont want this to get worse either. Im kind of stuck and need help from experienced flushers.
  
  I have never had this problem before. My digestion and overall health has been really good since eating mainly raw vegan and Im suddenly in pain after this flush, so I am very disheartened by this.

  Hi everyone,
  
  I'm posting this question to several forums to get a variety of advice...
  
  I was diagnosed with lupus about 2 years ago and so far I've been able to manage without taking any medication ( because I'm concerned about the side effects). I've been on an anti-inflammatory diet called autoimmune protocol for about a year and I've been doing coffee enemas.
  
  Someone in the lupus forum a while ago mentioned that they got rid of their lupus by going on a raw or mostly raw diet/juicing and I've been hearing about others getting rid of their lupus doing the same thing.
  
  My question to anyone else who has gotten rid of their lupus through a raw food diet and juicing is
  
  1)Are there foods you avoid because they can or are known to cause inflammation? The autoimmune diet (AIP for short) that I've been on eliminates grains, nuts, seeds, certain spices, and nightshade vegetables like potatoes tomatoes, and eggplant because they can irritate/ contribute to causing leaky gut, and leaky gut is suppose to be the cause of all autoimmune disorders.
  
  You're suppose to reintroduce these foods back into your diet after a certain time to see if you have a reaction but my question is if these foods are suppose to contribute to leaky gut which is suppose to cause autoimmune disorder in the first place, is it really safe to start eating these foods again?
  
  Is anyone else who is on the raw food diet and who has cured their lupus eating these foods? This question can be for anyone else who may know someone in this situation too...
  
  I want to know this partly because since being on this diet I've become more underweight than I already was before I started and I many need to start eating some of these foods again to gain some of the weight I've lost. (I look practically anorexic even though I eat a lot of food!) I also was diagnosed with parasites over a year ago and have been taking a protocol to get rid of it and need to retest to see if still have them and that can part of reason for my weight loss but diet is I'm sure part of it).
  
  2)For those of you who eat a raw food diet, is it 100% raw or is it like 90% raw and 10% cooked? And if its 10% cooked are you eating grains, nuts ect....I guess I'm really wondering if there is a lupus meal plan where I can get recipes that are "safe" and helpful for people with or getting rid of lupus) that I can eat long term but isn't as restrictive as the AIP diet.

    They DO NOT contribute to Increased Digestive Permeability aka Leaky Gut a term I dislike because it is so misleading! However IDP really is the biggest part of the overwhelming majority of autoimmune illness. Another element is changes in the autonomic nervous system which helps to regulate immune system function. When these changes occur, the normal immune system regulation is affected and then IDP and the large food molecules which are absorbed into the blood stream affect the places where these nervous system changes have occurred. This affects T1 Diabetics which I am one, Arthritis sufferers, Asthma sufferers, Lupus, Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome which I also have had for 35 years and any other autoimmune type illness.
    
    IDP is caused by highly resistant microorganism infections. Eating a raw food diet, any uncooked food, is highly likely to lead to these infections and possibly make the situation worse rather than fixing them. Natural foods do have some effect against these microorganisms because many plants contain Efflux Pump Inhibitors which stop these microorganisms from eliminating them. However it is highly unlikely that they alone would destroy them. Even fruits can have some EPI properties. Fruits like oranges, tangerines etc have EPI effects against some microorganisms like Staphylococcus Aureus sometimes known as MRSA.
    
    These microorganisms create biofilms which protects them from the immune system, Antimicrobial substances, other bacteria and Bacteriophages.
    
    parasites are usually caused by hypochlorhydria. Check your stomach function and you will probably find that you have very low stomach acid levels. Many of these microorganisms are urease positive and neutralise stomach acid to help protect their biofilm from degradation.
    
    I have beaten some of them but only a small part of many infections. I am close to making another attempt, but this time I am much better equipped to beat them. I have come very close in previous attempts but did not use EPI's which limited successful destruction. There are 5 major classes of efflux pumps and many Antibiotic microorganisms can use several efflux pumps allowing them to eliminate many different antimicrobial substances. There are other methods that these microorganisms make use of to deactivate antimicrobials. It is worth reading about if you are going to have any chance of beating them.

  I think not: I think they would do as a python does after 6 months, or a crocodile after 10 months of fasting: they are going to eat their fill. And if they get sick, they sleep it off, then return to the kill and sup a bit more prudently this time, but still, even with the memory of searing pain from massively distended belly fresh in their mind (even with this "memory" wired into the species after thousands of years of selective pressure) it strains credulity to imagine them sipping diluted blood for 2 weeks, then gingerly moving on to small amounts of bone-broth.
  
  How does this tally with today's swarm of inconsistent ideas (often erected into diet-dogma) which counsel taking "as much time to break a fast as the duration of the fast itself"?

  Over the past few months I've changed my diet to vegan mostly raw. I'm feeling fantastic! I just have one problem that I don't understand.. every time I have a greens powder like barley grass, wheat grass etc I get really dialated pupils. It doesn't last long and can come and go during the day. If I shine light on them when they're really dialated they go back to normal. Does anyone have any insight as to why this is happening and should I be worried?

  I've decided to start a new thread from my last post 2 days ago since I'm really kind of desperate for help. //www.curezone.org/forums/fm.asp?i=2372690#i
  
  Since the last post the numbness in my right leg has spread to both legs below the knees (still no pain or mobility issues) and tonight I've been getting slight tingling in my right fingers. My diet has consisted of nothing but fruits. I continue to have loose stool and it appears as if my intestine is not breaking down what I'm eating. I had Watermelon this morning and in the afternoon I went to the loo and it basically came out like it went in. Red, mushy with the seeds floating around. It didn't smell nice either.
  
  My tongue was quite clear and pink earlier last week but then around the same time as the diarrhea, I woke up and my tongue was brown, like quite dark brown it was disgusting, looked almost like hair at first glance had to use a tongue scraper to clean it off. It's gotten better since but it's not pink and vibrant, more like a dark pink. I have to work extra hard to keep up with oral hygiene. Breath smells quite pleasant though even after a few hours of not eating.
  
  I'm still quite bed bound (sciatica) and agoraphobic (which I hoped would clear up with the Water Fast but didn't) so I'm not getting any vitamin D and I haven't had any vitamin b12 (im getting these supplements soon)
  
  I don't know, all round I feel quite shitty. Compared to the high I felt during the last weeks of my Water Fast this refeed has been one thing after another and its psychologically draining. Not to mention that I'm searching everywhere for info to no avail.
  
  I was really hoping to stick with a 80/10/10 diet but I think there's something wrong with my digestive system that's preventing me from fully utilising what I'm eating. Is it Candida? I got a fissure from my first hard bowel movement after the Water Fast and I've been treating that with Coconut oil suppositories. Still hurts like hell when I go to the loo though and I wonder if that's freaking me out more than it should. Either way my stool is mostly a dark green liquid with a mix of soft green pea sized globs and browny reddish mush.
  
  Sorry for the details but I suppose in order to diagnose what's wrong with me you'd need as much info as possible.

    The numbness is a pretty strong sign of liver congestion.
    
    Consider doing some Liver Flushing as soon as you finish with the re-feeding and as soon as your digestion become normal.

    I am sorry to hear that you are having a hard time after the fast. Green stool is not a good sign, it seems to me you have some infection, unless you are eating a lot of greens and they too are coming out as they are.
    
    Drink half a cup of water with a tbsp of apple cider vinegar with a pinch of Sea Salt before each meal. Eat plain yogurt, kefir or sauerkraut with each meal. Also stay away from all raw fruits and veggies, try short grain brown rice twice a day then introduce steamed veggies.
    
    After a week if you are doing well, do a liver flush. Make sure your bum is cleared up, no fissures.

      Okay I've just ordered some organic ACV with mother so it'll arrive soon. Weirdly enough I've been craving ACV but was worried it'll be too acidic for my stomach. I'll see how I get on with that. I'm thinking a Colon Cleanse before a Liver Flush will be more ideal. They say Green diarrhea/stool could mean the food travels too quickly through the intestine (probably because I haven't built up the good bacteria in my colon yet).
      
      Probiotics are hard to get hold of where I am so I'll have to source it online. I'll make sure to get good quality unpasteurised products. Is there any short grain rice brand you recommend in particular? Also, which steamed veg would be best?

        If you cook rice with water that has a spoon of coconut oil in it, it greatly increases the resistant starch in it. Could be something you could do regardless of the rice type/brand. Thanks. Sri ....

        No particular brand of rice, but short grain brown is better, because it binds nicely in you intestines and if you soak them for a few hours or even over night it becomes prebiotics. Get some yogurt that is plain and later on you can make your own yogurt. Are you in England? If yes, you probably get unpasteurized dairy easily. Here in the US it is very difficult.
        
        Veggies I would go for are carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, green peas and green beans.
        
        Ya, Colon Cleanse is a good idea before LF.

          This is very traditional food from my childhood. Home made yogurt, and I'll make rice with lots of resistant starch by cooking it with a bit of oil, and its usually eaten plain or with a mango or other pickle. These are spicy hot, cooked with red pepper paste. Or I could just eat it plain or with leafy green veggies harvested from my yard.
          
          Its a long way away though, I'm still not sure even when I'd be there. 20 days probably maybe more.

            It is advisable to break a long term fast, 20 days would be long term, with a citrus fruit, tamoto juice or Watermelon juice. Although your traditional recipe sounds very enticing, I suggest to stay away from grains, oils and spices for if not 1.5 X number of fasting days, at least 1 X . So 20 days of fast would mean staying on raw organic foods, just the way we would find in nature not altered.

  Throughout my life I've had experience with acne, psoriasis, and dermatitis. Thankfully, my pursuit to fix these problems has led me to Arnold Ehret's books and I now understand what true health is supposed to be. I have gone raw (I was already vegan). I do mini fasts, sometimes up to 24 hours, and I've been eating plenty of different fruits with salads and some avacado here and there.
  
  I know I'm on the right path but I'm currently going through detox and it sucks. It's mostly just fatigue. I can also feel my kidneys and other organs working for the first time and I've had some minor aches and pains plus mucus on my tongue/mouth and I'm cold a lot-- more than before. But god the sun feels good, and I have the urge to be outside a lot. I'm going to push through this no matter what because I know it's part of the process and I fully accept this.
  
  Problem is I can't share this with most people in my life as they won't understand. Many of them still eat meat and dairy and think it's fine. Some close family members are open to the idea of what I'm going through but they don't understand the bodies detox process so I they can't really relate.
  
  I'm hoping some of you on here can chime in with what you went through and how you handled it. It gives me strength to here about other's stories. Any general advice or pep talking would be great too :)

    Keep up what you are doing. I have fasted since I was seven years old, but in those days it was only one or two day fast and mostly with one type of food. But 14 years ago I bumped into Curezone. It changed my life. I have done many long fasts and short ones that I can't even count on my fingers and toes. I have done kidney, colon and liver cleanses. I have never ever had meat, fish or chicken. Yes, in my youth I ate my share of junk foods, sodas and candies, but I learned very fast that those things are harmful.
    
    Keep up the good work. Don't worry about what people think.

  I was always what people would consider a healthy eater. I ate 7-10 fruits and veggies a day.
  That was good.
  
  But I also ate 3-4 animal products a day. I had porridge, brown rice and whole grain bread.

  I have notice my blue eyes are getting darker, the ring about my pupil who uses to be light green now is darker green almost hazzel, and i am getting some Brown spots and Brown pigmentations.
  
  I made the terrible mistake of getting my lips inyected with silicone many years ago, after a few reconstructive suregeries still they cant take out all the silicone as is mixed with my flesh. I have 5 Amalgams fillings that i want to replace but my dentist says is not need for it and i cant find any dentist who knows how to take them out without creating more damage.
  
  The fillings and silicon on lip i had them for more than 20 years ago, and my eyes are only getting darker and with Brown spots in the Last couple of years.
  I have a cyst on my left ovary as well.
  I am a heavy smoker for more than 20 years. Not sure if nicotine is causing my dark iris spots and the darkening.
  
  
  I really want to become healthier and get my light blue eyes back.
  
  Please can someone give me advice and opinión on what could be causing my iris darkening and which kind of detox i need?
  I uploaded a picture of my left iris (the one who has darkened more). And will try to insert the eye picture here.

    You definitively have problems with intestines, leaky gut, poor intestinal microflora probably damaged by Antibiotics and artificial hormones, and possibly poor diet.
    
    But you have very beautiful eye!
    
    So, start liver flushing, start with a diet for leaky gut, start with Rotation-Elimination Diet , or grains-free diet, or Blood Type Diet ....

You need to detox the lymph and kidneys if you were a smoker for so many years that's where the metabolic wastes are not in the liver. I can see that with the lacunas in your eye. Adress the adrenals also
            
            Use an iridolgy chart put it in photoshop and overlay your eye picture on top of that chart and turn down the opacity. This will show you where your weakness are just doing Liver Flushes is not a good idea

              The dark Brown spots and darkening of my iris bothers me a lot. I want my light blue eyes back, they have got darker in the Last couple of years, and suddently got dark spots. My other eye have dark Brown spots as well

  I turned to raw during my chronic fatigue.
  
  My wrinkles were terrible, and I had huge pores. I looked SO tired and old.
  
  I knew I didn't feel good, but I didn't realize how bad I looked. My PH was 4.5!
  
  I am happy to say that I am officially at 7.0 PH! I look SO much better. My entire body feels better and looks better.
  
  However, I want to pass on a HUGE warning! For the first 3 months, I ate 95% raw (2 meals/week non-raw based on 4 meals a day).
  
  Then I did 3 weeks 100% raw and I felt better than I have since I was 24 (I'm 37 now).
  
  In those weeks, I passed mucus like crazy (it's yellowish and floats in the toilet). Your intestines and colon cover undigested or irritating food to protect itself.
  
  It means for years and years, I was eating things that my body hated. So going 100% raw meant that my colon didn't need to make any because my body loves raw, and food passes in 8 hours, so nothing sits around festering. So it all passed.
  
  Then, in a week and a half, I ate 6 non-raw meals (pizza, asian food, sausages, tacos). It made me sick for that whole week and a half, and for a week and a half after.
  
  So I went from feeling the best I've felt in years, to feeling sick every day for 3 weeks! I will never go back. It's possible that simple food like fish or porridge won't make me sick. But the food I crave is JUNK FOOD!
  
  So my warning is, if you go down the raw food path, you may unwillingly have to give up junk for good. I heard that it may happen, but now I can confirm that it did happen. The body eventually rejects cooked foods.
  
  I went raw because I was sick. But if I was young, healthy, but interested in going raw, I might not have done it with this experience. I was forced into it, but grateful that I have now done it. However, most people would not give up junk for life if they had a choice.

  I'm just a normal guy, you can look at my post history.
  
  So for a while now, I've been privy to the idea that simply buying fruits and veggies, even IF they are organic might not be enough. 99% of us don't grown our own, so we don't know what is happening to this produce. Many organic products are able to still be called organic after being sprayed with questionable product (one of the reasons you still have to wash your organic produce). Most of the ripe fruits and veggies we get after they are perfectly ripe and the more they sit after their peak of ripeness, they start to lose nutritional quality. Add that these produce are possibly subjected to extreme hot / cold temperatures, and it paints a vastly different picture than what most people would have you believe.
  
  So what do powders have to do with this. Well... there are some brands of powders out there who source their fruits and veggies more seriously than "well it's labeled organic so that's good enough for me" and they basically have a process where they get produce at peak ripeness, they measure the nutritional content, they utilize new methods to make it into a powder and when they add water back into the powder, it retains 100% of the nutritional content it had when it was a whole food.
  
  I started juicing maybe 2 months ago and bought a really expensive Omega masticating juicer. I go to the organic store next to me and maybe drop like $7 on carrots... then I take 10-15 minutes soaking and scrubbing them, then 2 minutes chopping off the ends, then I juice the entire bag, bottle the juice, and wash out the juicer. It's quite a time investment, and all for carrots that might not be at peak ripeness.
  
  What are our thoughts on this? The conventional knowledge here has always been that powders are worse than fresh produce... but if the powder can prove 100% nutritional match with the fresh produce, and is cheaper, less time, and less expensive (and possibly even safer), then that makes it viable, correct?
  
  Again, I'm not affiliated with the company, they could be bad but I'll put it out there just to further the discussion. This company Activz puts out this carrot juice powder and supposedly can prove 100% nutritional content retention. I suppose the only thing powders don't address is enzymes but I make my own kefir so if that's the only benefit of fresh produce (besides fiber) then to me it's a no brainer. Thoughts?

  Hey guys this is probably a dumb question but I was wondering if I would still be able to Apply Coconut Oil topically and Oil pull on A High Carb Low Fat Raw Vegan Diet. I find that coconut oil helps with my keratosis pilaris but I don't want to risk a candida flare with the mixture of the two. So do you think I should ditch the oil all together?

  I am only on day 3 of my first water fast,doing so for spiritual and health reasons. Health wise, I suffer from a low grade fatigue and slow recovery that keeps me from taking part in desired activity such as running and hiking. I feel this stems from weak k7dneys and adrenals. I consider myself an extremely healthy person (health focused vegan for 4 years, mostly raw for 1.5 years, fully raw for one month prior to fast, & have completed 2-3 15 day juice fasts yearly for the past 3 years. However, before going vegan I was extremely unhealthy, on anti depressants and Antibiotics for 10 years, & used recreational drugs for a few months) Im 23, healthy weight and no other health concerns.
  
  I prepared for the fast with 1 month of raw food and 4 days of juice fasting. Day 1 I was suprised with how much energy I had, even more than juice fasting days. Day 2 I woke up wth highly acidic taste in my mouth, as soon as I stood up my body temperature shot drastically up, my heart rate increased drastically, extreme nausea overtook me, and I was too weak to even carry 1L water bottle. These symptoms were much less when I was lying still on my back, but persisted throughout the day and into the night. Last night was possibly one of the worst nights of my life with the nausea. Today, on the morning of day 3, the symptoms continue but much less intensely. I am definitely drinking enough water- 3-4L as my body feels.

    Could be any number of things

    What kind of water are you drinking? If tap, or bottled water [Most of that is also tap water]. Distilled is best for fasting.

    Sounds like you should listen to your body and end the fast in favor of good nourishing food to see if the problems go away.

    The acidic taste in the mouth might indicate teeth. Have any amalgam fillings?, root canals?

    Last time you were tested for enough Iodine, or ever test your self with a spot test?

    Do you take supplements?

    I suggest going back to eating until you answer the questions, and any others you can think of. A 3 day fast shouldn't do this to you, but who knows, we're all different.
