It seems to me you are getting conflicting interests! If you have dysbiosis then to much fruit Sugar is a definite no no, I don't care much for water fasts. There are ways for dealing with dysbiosis. Look I know lots of people rave about probiotics but the latest research proves that in some people they do good, in some they make no difference and in some they can cause bacteria to become pathogenic which will cause more problems, we are all unique. My advice to you is this, aim for two litres of water a day. Take notice of white shark, contact Linenup on the forum as he is very knowledgable and will be your best chance of getting better, check out dvjorge posts as he is a legend on the forum and never rule out a visit to your GP if you have any concerns about your health for none of us can really see what's going on underneath.
