I had a question sort of tying the 2 points (you and I made) together.
Can I break a fast with yogurt rice.
This is very traditional food from my childhood. Home made yogurt, and I'll make rice with lots of resistant starch by cooking it with a bit of oil, and its usually eaten plain or with a mango or other pickle. These are spicy hot, cooked with red pepper paste. Or I could just eat it plain or with leafy green veggies harvested from my yard.
Its a long way away though, I'm still not sure even when I'd be there. 20 days probably maybe more.
