        Slippery elm as a tea what I do is I mix it with boiling water and put a little cinnamon in it and it kind of tastes like hot chocolate it is very nourishing and it is a demucelent so it will help rehydrate the dehydrated cement like bits which you are passing. It actually has a very pleasant taste. Slightly sweet.
        
        The procedure would be to mix two teaspoons of slippery elm powder in a very small quantity of cold water to make a paste and then to fill the cup with boiling water and stir. If you mix slippery elm directly into boiling water it would be just like putting a tablespoon full of flour in your gravy and stirring it in and hoping for the best. Lumps!

Hello I have been suffering from hemorrhoids for over 30 years now due to constipation and straining. I think I now have grade 3 thrombosed hemorrhoids. (see pics) I am not sure what the dark reddish and dark blue tissue is in the middle of the ring. Maybe an internal hemorrhoid? Im hoping it is not an anal prolapse or something worse. I should add i dont feel any pain from them.

Can someone take a look at the pictures and tell me what they think I have. Im trying to avoid surgery and have been trying all sorts of natural cures found online. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

  Get on an aggressive parasite cleansing program, either with herbs or meds or both.
  
  Some foods that are particularly good are high doses of cocoa powder in smoothies. You want to make them very strong, so use multiple heaping tablespoons.
  
  Also high doses of cinnamon powder in juice, or any way you can get them down.
  
  Do clay infused water enemas to help soothe the afflicted area.
  
  Otc Pin-x.
  
  And gubarev protocol essential Oil Enema s to target that area specifically.
  
  Some larger worms can colonize areas of the colon and create gas pockets that can develop into strictures - these could account for leakage.

  People who suffer from internal hemorrhoids of a given size will notice that when they apply pressure, either by straining, having a bowel movement, or even squatting, that the hemorrhoids can prolapse or push out of the anal canal. This will show up partly as you described with a pinkish color.
  
  However, the condition you described might also be the beginnings of a rectal prolapse. This is a different condition altogether. The rectum is attached to the pelvis by ligaments and muscles. If these connective tissues weaken and the rectum detaches from the pelvis, then when you squat, it can lead to the rectum itself prolapsing out of the anus.
  
  At this point, it is would be like a sock that pushes inside out. Any internal hemorrhoids that exist within the anal canal would also be exposed at this point.
  
  Symptoms of a rectal prolapse include pain and blood and mucus discharge during a bowel movement as well as a loss of the urge to defecate. Rectal prolapse is a serious condition and must be treated by a physician. If you haven't been checked for this, go get checked as a precaution. This type of condition is progressive.
