Help.. Grade Three Hemorrhoid. Need Diagnosis and treatment suggestions

Hello I have been suffering from hemorrhoids for over 30 years now due to constipation and straining. I think I now have grade 3 thrombosed hemorrhoids. (see pics) I am not sure what the dark reddish and dark blue tissue is in the middle of the ring. Maybe an internal hemorrhoid? Im hoping it is not an anal prolapse or something worse. I should add i dont feel any pain from them.

Can someone take a look at the pictures and tell me what they think I have. Im trying to avoid surgery and have been trying all sorts of natural cures found online. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
