My theory is that hemorrhoids are caused almost completely by parasites in the rectal area - most probably some form of pinworm or threadworm but it could also be other types of worms in tandem and/or protozoa.

Get on an aggressive parasite cleansing program, either with herbs or meds or both.

Some foods that are particularly good are high doses of cocoa powder in smoothies. You want to make them very strong, so use multiple heaping tablespoons.

Also high doses of cinnamon powder in juice, or any way you can get them down.

Do clay infused water enemas to help soothe the afflicted area.

Some larger worms can colonize areas of the colon and create gas pockets that can develop into strictures - these could account for leakage.

Old school hygienists called the sigmoid area the region worms since it was so frequently colonized.



Track symptoms with a diary especially during waxing gibbous moon cycle (one week before full moon) to verify that the above is correct.
