will a hemmorhoid on the oustide go away?

It is usually more of a wrinkle or assymetric look to the anus but now it is like a little marble or ball on the outside. I had to bend over and finally see what was goin on here and in the mirror it didn't look like it would stay pushed in, no wonder it keeps coming back out.

Will this go away or should I call a doctor? Isn't there a permanent way to remove a hemmorhoid with a rubberband?

I am suprised at how hard the little ball is.

I am using generic Prep H but it makes me feel like I am going to have diarrhea when I put it in.
