Trust me I know how you feel about the scale, in my fasts before i would get on whenever i felt hungry because then i could be like, well if i didn't lose any weight I might as well break my fast, which is what i would do over and over, so for me this time im not even getting on the scale i mean i know my SW but I think im gonna use my clothing to show if im losing weight, thats what my mom does. Like say you wear a size 18 pant size well over the time your losing weight you'll notice them getting looser, until you drop to the next size and the next and then when youre done with your fast you could weigh yourself and say you didn't lose all the weight you thought or wanted to, but your down like two or three pants size, at least that proves that it did work, because a lot of people will lose more
inches then
pounds sometimes and i don't know about you but id rather look smaller then despertly needing to see the numbers on the scale.
Anywho, this is day two for me, I finally made it past day one the hardest day for me always and im so happy. Keep up the great work, 12lbs in four days is awesome :):):):):):):)
