I've been kind of constipated after the fast and since that's not a good thing during a parasite cleanse, I got some castor oil and I'll do a colon cleanse recommended by Anreas Moritz. You take 1teasp. castor oil with warm water first thing in the morning for the first week. Two teasp. the second week and 3 teasp. the 3rd and 4th week.
What I've been eating after the fast: apple, wheat germ, flax, punes for breakfst,
salad for lunch and dinner with lots of fresh greens, tomato, a tiny bit avocado, sprouts, lecithin granules, yeast flakes, red onion, apple cider vinegar and oliveoil and sometimes beans in it. I got raw goat milk today and my kefir will be ready for tomorrow's lunch which will be kefir, egg yolk, flaxoil etc., lecithin
bee pollen and maybe some fruit.
I'm having lots of grated raw potatoe in my salad, too. I read about a woman who ate almost only raw potato for a long time and it healed her digestive system. It is highly alkaline and binds with acids. And it's good against ulcers and inflammation. If you have a red eye place thin potatoe slices on it. If you try this get organic potatoe, very fresh, no growths on it and no green spots!
I'm also sipping the alkalinizing drink throughout the day. I make grape juice kefir and herbal tea kefir which I drink also. It's watermelon season. so I'm having lots of that. I feel positive and excited about this cleanse and I feel happy besides when I cannot poo :D I like to have faith in what I'm doing and I have it now. I think I'll make a Breuss salad tonight, grated beet, celery, carrot, potatoe. I still have a lot of that,Ha that'll be yummy with the lecithin, yeast flakes, onion and sauce with seaweed, maybe....
