Day 2
Well class finally let out and I rushed home to find my new juicer just sitting there in it’s box.

I finally got my juicer in the mail and it wasn’t a moment too soon. I got up yesterday morning and made the mc lemonade, except I made the one I was going to have for dinner with too much cayenne. By the time I was leaving for my class (I have a class on Monday nights after work) I was in no mood to drink something that was so spicy…I couldn’t taste any lemon or maple syrup. Being that my class is 4 hours long and I hadn’t had any juice since noon…it was going to be a long night. The class went by slowly and it was warm…the combination of my hunger and the heat made me feel like I was floating. Kinda a cool feeling. Well class finally let out and I rushed home to find my new juicer just sitting there in it’s box.
I rushed to the store with a list I had previously made and bought lots of produce. Then I rushed home and assembled my beautiful Breville juicer. I juiced as fast as I could cut and wash the produce and made some carrot/apple juice. Oh my god!!! It was so incredibly good. I am sure that I can go for a long period of time on that stuff…heavenly. I felt much better after that. So I took a shower and went to bed.
Today I woke up and was so excited to juice. I grabbed all my ingredients and starting cutting like a mad woman. I really like tabuli so I used all the same fruits and veggies that go into that minus the wheat burl and olive oil. Mmmm….it was also very good. Very fresh…although I don’t know about the breath. Anyway…then I made some more apple/carrot juice for lunch. I’ll have to go back to the store for dinner but now I know what I’m in for.
Mood: I’m very excited and feel much happier now that I have the juicer. Nothing can get me down right now…not even hunger or that floating feeling.
Physical: Feel good, a little tired though. I weighed myself, I lost 3 lbs yesterday. All water I know.
Scott has told me that he will keep up the fast as long as me. He went to Trader Joe’s and bought a bunch of juice and has done it for a day.
Well…today should be less hectic but even if it was I have some yummy juice to look forward to. MMMmmmmm…!
