Purging
But I have a plan!!! A plan to purge!!!

At the beginning of my fast I assume I’ll feel quite bored and hungry (perhaps even desperate)…but I have a plan!!! A plan to purge!!! Besides the fast, when my body will be in the process of purging, I will purge areas of my life. Starting with my physical surroundings and ending with my spiritual well-being.
I will clean my room! I will donate my clothes I no longer use! I will add more plants to my environment! I will call my friends that I haven’t called in a while! I will spend time with my family! I will increase my self esteem!
Life will be good…wait….life is already good…life will be better!
The weekend is upon and although I hope to write every day I might not get the chance. I should get my juicer today or tomorrow and I will write for sure then. Otherwise…I’m heading out to backpack with Scott in Yosemite on Monday – Wednesday. The waterfalls should be unbelievable.
