hi Melissa,
You are doing really well! I am planning a fast starting in August so I am reading everything I can about the subject and the experiences in the blogs are really helping me to prepare myself. Thank you for sharing so much of yourself with others.
I have a friend who swears by flaxseed oil for depression. She recommends it to her clients and apparently it is really successful. It could be an alternative to caffeine if you wanted to ring the changes.
