You need saturated fats.
Try ghee, regular butter, raw butter, coconut oil, coconut cream, raw coconut cream, whipped cream, all meat fats like beef tallow, duck fat, possibly pork fat (but maybe not good since you’re blood type O), maybe red palm oil.
Add more salt into your diet to support adrenals.
If you’re not too dried out start on some sort of clay like bentonite, montmorillonite, or illite.
Food is best but I think if you zeroed in on a very good mineral supplement it could help you repair some of the lipoic acid redistribution damage. You want these in glycinate form: ...
