Congrats How did you get ec? Did you take accutane or any other Antibiotics which caused your lips to peel or did you get EC by excessive lip licking and biting?

Do you still avoid all grains? How much time are you thinking of avoiding grains? I guess you have celiac disease as there are few others who have cured their ec by avoiding gluten.
