Re: I'm sensitive to 100% of the foods and I'm starving myself for 10 months so far.
You know me from the group, Joe. I'm valentin vuchev there (altough this is a nickname and not my real name).
My biggest mistake was that I started AC chelation. This is what made my condition way worse and made me way more sensitive to foods. Not only the thiol list, but all the carbs toleration progress I'd done in 2015 disappeared in 2 rounds of ALA.
I tried later DMPS and was not able to tolerate even 1mg. It was giving me severe panick attacks and adrenal problems.
My conclusion (I am SO sure about it) is that while AC protocol does work and while it is GENERALLY safe, it may be a disaster for very sick persons. Persons with severe AF, with severe candida and severe
food intolerance MUST NOT touch any chelator. They will surely get way worse and they will be so worse than they will not be able even to chelate further and get better.
In theory, I may have never got better if I didn't chelate, but surely I'm not better now and I'd not get that worse if I didn't chelate.
If I will ever touch any AC chelator the next years it will be DMPS. However, I need a lot of time to recover till then.
The problem of the AC protocol is that it focuses on the chelators and just supplying the needed supplements for body support while chelating.
Noone is taking attention to crucial things such as: detox organs drainage. Lymph system, kidneys, liver, all of those must be in a good shape and going well if you plan to start a chelation. There are modern homeopathic remedies which assist those channels.
Otherwise, this is hands down the most helpful group I've found online.
