I notice that you are already at phase 2 banana and potatoes seemed to me the only thing in the end what bothered me less , you can follow the low thyroid diet to prevent head in pillow deppresion eat them in small quantities and rotate them my theory is that you have problems with lectins in vegetables and lithium in meat they both disrupt your thyroid making you worse
