What would you say to so many people who claim after starting oat or other fiber with time their guts have been becoming more and more senseless so they have been needing more and more fiber till they reach the point when fiber is not easing their constipation at all? I am dealing with my daughter’s irregular and awful allergies. I just did the dust mite case thing and also removed carpets in several of our rooms (with hardwoods). Now I need to focuson the products she comes into contact with. Specifically, I am looking for skin and face related products (she spends a lot of time outdoors).
