Re: Can broth be prepared from bone marrow?

YES! The bone marrow is super healing. The marrow in chicken bones wont be large enough due to the size of the animal. I have only seen beef marrow bones. To be honest, I don't know if you'd even be able to find chicken marrow bones. The marrow comes from the inside of the center of the bone. You'd need like 100 chicken bones hahaha

If you have access to maybe a local organic farm, that would be the way to go. The only way I think I will be able to get ORGANIC marrow bones up here in upstate NY, is to find a local farm and buy a cow. It's actually cost effective to purchase the whole animal if you can or care about the quality of your food.

If you are looking for marrow bones for healing, use beef marrow bones. The kind of animal doesn't really matter in this case. Marrow is marrow, but it's not all equal quality based on the standards the farm followed with the animal was alive. That's what matters.

I just watched a video of this guy making his broth. I'll post it below. It's like a jungle in a pot, seriously.
