Oxtail? They have oxtail bones on this site. -

This KOL foods sitehttp://www.alderspring.com/store/page4.html only showed beef marrow bones, which are back ordered, but I'm not seeing any other animal being sold for it's marrow besides cow.
Lamb would be another possibility, pork?
I haven't added bone marrow to my broths in a long time due to the unavailability of organic bones. Using conventional bone marrow tastes gross. The flavor is vile. but none of the Wegman's grocery stores (the best chain grocery store in the area) are able to get organic bones or even organic bone in meats, besides chicken.
I did a few searches for other animals that might be sold for it's marrow and there's not a lot of choices. You're going to have to search or call a local butcher/farm ect to see what animal bones besides the cow could be purchased that would be a close alternative. I have no idea what oxtail is, but they sell oxtail bones at some places.
I actually think it would be difficult to find organic beef marrow bones. All the sites said that the bones were back ordered and out of stock. It looks like people are realizing the benefits of broth.
