Pardon me if the question is too basic. Can bone broth be made only from bone marrow? I just find it hard to separate meat from the frozen or other bones.
Would the nutrition of broth from bone marrow be similar to the bones with meat?
Any precaution that one should take while preparing broth from bone marrow?
Would only like to use chicken or lamb bones. Wouldn't use beef or pork bones. Just like to minimize the intake of meat for the time being.
