At the produce store, 90% of the items are inorganic, and the organic selection is scant. Not to mention that it costs 3-5x more.
How important is organic produce? I know that there is a 'dirty dozen' and 'safe ten', where some foods are safer as inorganic. But it does not adjust for which pesticides are toxic relative to others.
So how crucial is organic, given the limited selection and cost?
Similarly, how important is 'raw'. I don't think all food is best raw.
