I'm trying to get into health and nutrition. Is it right that with the use of organic food we can increase energy? I have heard that cocoa which is one of the organic food most certainly contains fat. I want to know whether having dark chocolates affect my health. I have been using the products from the organic food stores which is online in Canada(Giddy yoyo) with one of my friends suggestion. I want to know the only difference between organic food and regular food?
