I think that you are right in doubting the safety of electromagnetic radiation because a lot of it is very damaging to living things such as the human body, animals and even plant life.

There are studies that have been done to show the damage that mobile phones do to the human body and it's immune system but mobile operators just paid for loads of counter studies to attempt to muddy the water and flood with "hey mobiles are safe so keep using them and make us lots of money". They are very damaging. Full stop......Nothing will convince me that they are safe, I do not use them and will never use them.

I made sure that my home was as far away from mobile masts as I could find, my area is a fairly poor reception area. I will not sit near anyone using a mobile and I take every step to avoid them and their damage. Whether they cause you cancer comes down to the human nervous system and it's function to control the immune system. In areas where the nervous system has degraded and the immune system function is weakened, cancer tends to happen. If that area us exposed to high energy electromagnetic radiation ie Gigahertz frequencies, cancer is highly likely to occur. It could even occur without electromagnetic radiation as it is not the only risk factor when the nervous system function has degraded.
